SMTP Relays
Many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) block Port 25 unless email is being sent from an email account they provide. This is usually done to prevent malicious users from setting up SPAM relay sites.To get around this, your account has been set up with an SMTP relay, enabling you to bypass a blocked port 25, and avoid ISP restrictions on your outbound email messages. (If you send email from the email.secureserver.net website, you will not be blocked by your local ISP).
Here are the general SMTP settings for email clients:

The user name you created when you set up your email account.
